Traeger Grilled Asparagus

The best way to grill asparagus? On a Traeger pellet grill, of course! Traeger Asparagus is ready in 15 minutes and is infused with smoky flavor from the wood pellets.

Let’s get started!

And if you don’t have a pellet grill, you can still make the asparagus on a traditional grill!

PREP TRAEGER

1. Before beginning, check to make sure there are plenty of pellets in your Traeger’s hopper.

TURN TO SMOKE SETTING

2. With the lid open, turn the power switch to the on position and set the temperature to “smoke.” Once smoke begins pouring out of your Traeger (after about 5 minutes), shut the lid and switch the temperature dial to 425 degrees F.

PREHEAT

3. Preheat for 10 - 15 minutes, or until the grill’s temperature controls show that it is 425 degrees inside. (The length of the preheat time can vary based on outside temperature).

PREP ASPARAGUS

4. Wash the asparagus under running tap water to remove any dirt or debris. After washing the asparagus, dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
