Easy Instant Pot  French Dip Sliders

Beef chuck roast is pressure cooked until fork tender, then loaded onto sweet Hawaiian rolls and topped with caramelized onions and Provolone cheese.

The Instant Pot French Dip Sliders are finished in the oven and served piping hot. Perfect for holiday entertaining and game days!

PREP ROAST

1. Cut any excessive fat off of the roast and discard it. Pat the roast dry on both sides with a clean, dry paper towel. Season both sides of the roast generously with salt and pepper.

ADD & SAUTE

2. Heat the oil in the insert of your instant pot set on sauté. Add the roast and sear until well browned on each side (about 5 - 6 minutes per side). Remove the seared roast and set aside on a clean plate.

SAUTÉ ONIONS

3. Next, add the paprika, ground cumin, ancho chili powder, thyme, and oregano. Stir until the seasonings coat the vegetable mixture and saute until fragrant, 2 - 3 minutes.
