Easy Raspberry Chia Jam

COMBINE

1. Add raspberries and juice from 1 lemon in a small sauce pan and heat over medium heat. Allow raspberries to cook and break down, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.

COOK

2. Cook until raspberries are no longer whole and they begin to bubble, about 10 minutes. You can help them break down by using the spatula to get desired texture.

ADD & STIR

3. Add chia seeds and stevia to the pan. Stir immediately until chia seeds are well incorporated and remove from heat.
