Garlic Herb  Butter for Turkey

Rubbing butter under the skin of a whole turkey or turkey breast before roasting is a guaranteed way to infuse the meat with tons of fresh flavor, lock in moisture, and crisp up the skin.

SOFTEN BUTTER
