ADD TO A POT

1. Place rice, coconut milk, water, and salt in the pot. Place pot on the stove over medium to high heat. Stir well.

BRING TO BOIL

2. Continue to stir occasionally until the coconut milk and water come to a boil.

SIMMER

3. Once the coconut-water mixture has begun to gently bubble, stop stirring and turn down the heat to low. Place lid on the pot.
