Jalapeño Cornbread

PREHEAT & PREP

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch cast iron pan. Set aside.

COMBINE & WHISK

2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cheese, and minced jalapeno. Whisk until sifted together.

WHISK 

3. In a smaller bowl, whisk the eggs until lightly beaten. Add the honey, melted butter, sour cream, and milk. Then, whisk until combined.
