Lemon Layer Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

PREHEAT 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8 inch baking pans, then place an 8 inch parchment paper round in the bottom of each pan.

COMBINE & MIX

2. In a medium-sized bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix to combine and set aside.

CREAM

3. In the large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment add the butter. Beat on a low speed for about a minute or until creamy.
