Pomegranate Sorbet Recipe

Homemade Pomegranate Sorbet is so fast and easy to make with just 4 ingredients, has a refreshing tangy flavor, and is naturally fat-free and dairy-free. Use fresh or bottled pomegranate juice!

The sorbet base is a simple blend of pomegranate juice, water, sugar, and honey. The base must first be simmered to dissolve the sugar, then your ice cream maker does the rest of the work for you.

PREP THE BASE

1. Make the base: Combine the pomegranate juice water, sugar, and honey in a saucepan.

COOK & SIMMER

2. Cook over medium heat until simmering. Let simmer 5 minutes, or until the sugar is completely dissolved.

CHILL

3. Chill: Transfer the pomegranate sorbet base to the refrigerator and cool until completely chilled, about 2 - 3 hours.
