What Is Lillet Blanc?

Lillet Blanc is a fortified wine, AKA a blend of white wines that have been flavored with fruit liqueurs made from sweet, bitter, and green oranges. The entire concoction is aged in oak barrels for a year before hitting the market.

What Does It Taste Like?

The flavor of Lillet Blanc is distinctly floral, with additional notes of orange and honey. It’s slightly acidic, but still quite sweet.
