Cream of Coconut Recipes

Cream of coconut is sweetened and thick in texture; it’s like coconut syrup, of sorts. I recommend buying cream of coconut from either Coco Lopez or Coco Real.
Note that it is NOT the same as coconut cream, and these products cannot be used interchangeably.
Coconut cream is unsweetened. It’s essentially coconut milk that contains a higher amount of coconut solids. A thick layer of cream forms at the top of the can and you can skim it off to use in drinks, curries, and so forth.
