Easter Dinner Menu
I’m a little late getting organized for Easter this year. We’ve decided to keep things simple and frugal this year by just having a little something for the kids instead of a whole basket of goodies. In terms of our Easter dinner we are also going to keep things a little smaller, though still special, since we won’t be able to share this special holiday with extended family this year.
- Grilled Lemon Basil Chicken
- Baby Red Potatoes
- Mixed Greens and Asparagus Salad
- Dinner Rolls
- Individual Blackberry Lemon Trifle

Your dinner sounds delicious! We usually have a baked ham, but since we had recently purchased a turkey breast for another occasion that fell through, we decided to utilize that, with yams, butternut squash, dressing, mashed potatoes, a light side salad, and key lime pie for dessert – I’m hungry already! Enjoy your holiday.
