PREP CRUST

1. Prepare according to recipe instructions. Alternatively, use store bought pie crusts if preferred.

CHICKEN

2. Roast a whole chicken or use a store bough rotisserie chicken. Remove meat from the carcass and cut into bite sized cubes. Transfer the cut chicken to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
