I wanted to share my absolute favorite green smoothie with you today. I make this when I’m feeling the need for a little detox and always feel like I have more energy throughout the day.

COMBINE

1. Add the chia seeds, rolled oats, coconut milk (start with 1/2 cup and add extra as needed to blend), banana, pineapple, peaches, avocado, cucumber, and ice cubes to the blender jar in the order listed.

BLEND

2. Secure the lid on the blender. Then, blend on high (or "smoothie" setting if your blender has one) until completely smooth.

CHECK 

3. If the smoothie isn't the desired consistency, add water or ice and continue blending.
