Bleu Cheese BLT Salad

Chopped lettuce, heirloom baby tomatoes, plenty of bacon, bleu cheese, and cubes of toasted bread make up this Bleu Cheese BLT Salad, a fun take on a classic BLT.

PREHEAT THE OVEN

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

MAKE THE CROUTONS

Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes. Arrange on a baking sheet, making sure that they do not overlap each other. Place in the oven and bake at 300 degrees F for 5 - 10 minutes, or until warmed and lightly toasted.

COMBINE & TOSS

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce with the Litehouse Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing. Stir gently with a spatula to coat the lettuce.
