For the Roasted Mushrooms
– Small Whole Crimini Mushrooms (halve them if they're large)
– Olive Oil
– cloves Garlic, minced
– Balsamic Vinegar
– Salt and Pepper, to taste
or the Garlic Bacon Green Beans
– Green Beans
– Butter
– Olive Oil
– cloves Garlic, sliced
– cooked and crumbled Hickory Bacon (thick cut)
– Salt and Pepper, to taste
5. In a 3 quart stainless steel saute pan, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat. When melted and hot, add the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
