  1. This is delicious. I had an overgrowth of poblanos this year and wasn’t sure what to do with them. I made one batch but am going to make a ton more.

  2. I have been obsessed with salsa verde lately bc it can be used in so many ways.  I just used it in the slow cooker with beef brisket and it made the best tacos.
